Notice is hereby given pursuant to O.I.C.G.A. 21-2-379.6, beginning on Thursday, April 14, 2022, logic and accuracy test of the Ballot Marking Device (BMD) voting system will be conducted in the office of Judge of Probate Court, 1st Floor, Laurens County Courthouse and Laurens County Board of Registrars, Laurens County Courthouse Annex Building, 117 East Jackson Street, Suite A, Dublin, Georgia commencing at 12 noon and continue until all units have been tested and prepared for Advanced and Early Voting for the May 24, 2022 General Primary and Non-Partisan General Election.  This testing shall remain open to the public to observe and members of the public are entitled to be present during the preparation and test of the BMD units.  Advanced and Early Voting will be held in the Registrars’ Office May 2, 2022 through May 20, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  We will have Saturday Voting on May 7, 2022 and on May 14, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.

 This notice is given in accordance with the provisions and rules of the State Board of Elections.
