LOGIC AND ACCURACY
NOTICE TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF
LAURENS COUNTY, GA
Notice is hereby given pursuant to O.I.C.G.A. 21-2-379.6, beginning on Monday, June 30, 2025, logic and accuracy testing of the Ballot Marking Device (BMD) Voting System will be conducted at the Elections Warehouse located at 602 County Farm Rd. Dublin, GA and the Laurens County Board of Elections & Registration, Laurens County Courthouse Annex Building, 117 East Jackson Street, Suite A, Dublin, GA commencing at 9:00 a.m. and continuing until all units have been tested and prepared for Election Day and Advanced and Early Voting for the July 15, 2025, Democratic Run-Off Primary for Public Service Commissioner. This testing shall remain open to the public to observe, and members of the public are entitled to be present during the preparation and testing of the BMD units. Advanced and Early Voting will be held in the office of the Laurens County Board of Elections & Registration beginning Monday July 7, 2025, through Friday, July 11, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. There will be no Saturday Voting for the Run-Off. The last day to request an Absentee Ballot by mail will be Monday, July 7, 2025. This notice is given in accordance with the provisions and rules of the State Board of Elections.
ALL ELECTION DAY VOTING ON JULY 15, 2025, WILL BE HELD AT THE LAURENS COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION OFF LOCATED AT 117 E JACKSON ST DUBLIN, GA.
NONE OF THE POLLING PRECINCT IN THE COUNTY WILL BE OPEN.
