Laurens County is seeking to pre-qualify construction companies to bid on the construction of the new Laurens County Emergency Operations Center. In order to bid on the project, interested companies must submit required information listed in the RFQ.

Provide a company profile including principal areas of expertise and experience providing owner's representative services. Include an organizational chart depicting the management of the firm's organization and its relationship to any other business entity. Qualifications must include the following information:
Provide proof that your company is financially secure to obtain sufficient bonding and insurance capacity for anticipated total cost of work.
Brief descriptions of recent similar projects along with architect and owner reference including name, title, phone number and e-mail address.
Describe how successful the firm was in managing the recent similar projects on time and within budget.
Identify the key personnel responsible for leading and staffing each phase of the project.
Identify project staff with experience in government operations and procedures.
Key personnel's office location(s) and the number of other staff in each office.
Identify any litigation your firm has been a party to in the past five years. Provide a copy of the firm 's liability insurance certificate.
