The intersection of HWY 257, Pinehill, and Waldrep Roads is to be the site of Laurens County’s first roundabout. This is a GDOT project and the construction element has begun in earnest. The timeline that GDOT has to complete this project is one year, but based on my impression from GDOT personnel and the speed of their progress thus far, it appears to be on track to be completed by the start of the 2020-2021 school year.
